– Create a button (Click-To-Call) on your website with Url link provided by 2ConnectMe.
For App Store
– Embedded Click-To-Call Url link inside your description of App Store listings.
For Email communication with unknown customer or sales leads
– Paste the url link in your email for customer’s instant enquiries chat.
3. Logon 2ConnectMe to start serving customer enquiries.
Notes to Mobile users
– Ensure you put this 2ConnectMe mobile app with “Notification Allowed”, “Auto-Start Allowed” in Notification and Security settings of Android.
– Ensure you put 2ConnectMe Agent in “WAITING FOR NEW CALL” mode for any new incoming customer enquiries.
