To add this blog to your site you will already need to have a website up and running, if not then check the video above to see a full website build.

We will also be covering how to add categories and also I will show you how to add sidebar widgets to your blog so make sure you stick around until the end. The whole thing should take no more than 10 minutes to set up for you.

I have had several clients ask me over the years about adding blogs to their sites and I do highly recommend doing so if you can create enough content around your niche. If you can and your blog ranks on the search engines then it will start to bring in organic traffic which will be great for your website.

There are plenty of other videos in this WordPress Basics series on my channel and I am planning to add many more for you.
