Learn how to create a 3d instagram photo frame effect using adobe photoshop

Open file

Double click on the background layer to unlock it

Go to Crop Tool

Crop it 4:5 ( instagram size )

Go to Rectangular Marquee Tool

Click and drag to make a selection

Press Delete to delete the selection

Open the image you want to insert

Double click on the background layer to unlock it

Go to Quick Selection Tool and make a selection of the model
you can use Pen Tool for a better selection.

Go to Move Tool, then click and drag to move the selection into the other image

Press and hold Shift while you resize the image

You can skip this process if your selection was good.
I will use the brush to erase some parts that doesn’t look good.
