WordPress Add A Contact Form With The Free Caldera Forms Plugin. Welcome to another WordPress video, this is Jamie from system 22 and web-design-and-tech-tips.com – Well we put together this little site here using the free 2020 theme that comes with WordPress, and it’s got some nice little sections on it. If I scroll all the way down to the bottom, we’ve got a little contact us section that’s got an email, a phone, and a live google map. But it’s got no actual form on there, so what we’re going to do today is add an actual contact form, so that contact section will change from that to this, where they can enter their name, email, subject and message, hit the button and submit the message, and send it to whatever email address you choose. To do this today we’re going to use a free plugin called caldera forms, which is absolutely awesome for a free plugin. So let’s get started!
