WordPress Installation failed, Upload failed; Could not create directory; Plugin/Uploads/Themes

If you are having trouble uploading or installing plugins, themes or media to your WordPress website this tutorial might be helpful.
Recently I encountered this problem where I could not install or upload anything to WordPress website. I couldn’t find any solution on the internet and figured out (seemingly obvious but frustrating) solution myself.
