In this YouTube video, I’ll show you how to create a landing page in WordPress for free using a simple plugin.
What is a landing page? Well, in essence, it’s a single page of a website that is used as a go-between for users to visit.
When you’re promoting a product to sell or to collect emails for marketing purposes you would want to create a landing page.
Affiliate marketing is one of the reasons why you would want to use a landing or bridge page when promoting products from affiliate networks like Clickbank.
You would want to create a landing page for Clickbank products because most social media sites won’t allow you to promote a naked Clickbank affiliate link because of dishonest promoters spamming their links all over the internet.
To create a landing page for free you only need a WordPress website and a free plugin called Landing Page Builder by PluginOps.
With this plugin, you’ll be able to design single-page lead magnet pages for free. And while there is a paid version available, you can easily get by with the free version.
Learning how to create a simple landing page in WordPress is one of the best ways to build your online affiliate marketing business, especially on a budget.
Designing a landing page may seem daunting at first. However, the PluginOps plugin utilizes a drag-and-drop user interface.
You can place text headings, images, email forms, and so much more. Best of all, you’ll be able to turn off your website’s header and footer for a true, no-distraction user experience.
When you are finished building out your page, simply save and publish. You’re all set. You can now promote your affiliate products and links across social media without fear of your naked links getting banned or blacklisted.
Just be sure not to spam your links across social media networks such as Facebook. Doing this can get your account terminated,
A better way to promote your affiliate pages would be to create your own Facebook group. This is achieved by providing an immense amount of value by helping your group members with their problems and questions.
