1) Make a plan of the outfit you want to draw
2) Choose a pose that will best show the outfit
3) Draw only the clothes, in pencil
4) Draw the girl and the clothes with a black pen
5) Erase the remaining pencil marks
Done!

With the tips & tricks I give you in this video, and with a bit of practice, you will be able to draw a look in one minute!
