Question from a marketing forum, “Our client has a bunch of bad reviews on Google My Business, and they want to start over with a new GMB profile.” This person went on to say the business had 23 reviews, and a 1.5 star average. The issue isn’t with the GMB profile, and the bad reviews are likely to continue. Usually, there is a culture problem – management or another employee is coming across as rude. That issue needs to be dealt with before you can climb out of the bad review hole. Starting a new GMB usually doesn’t solve anything.
